Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By joining the Mockuuups affiliate program, you agree to these terms. We may update these terms at any time by posting changes on this page.

2. Program Overview

Commission: 40% of net revenue from all payments made through your unique referral link.
Cookie Duration: 60 days from initial click.
Payment Schedule: Monthly payments for commissions over €100. Smaller amounts roll over to the next month.
Payment Method: Wise or PayPal (minimum €100 threshold).

3. Acceptable Promotional Methods

You may:

• Share your referral links on social media, blogs, and websites you own
• Create honest reviews and educational content about Mockuuups
• Use provided brand assets and messaging from our partner guide
• Mention Mockuuups in relevant design communities and forums

You may not:

• Use paid search advertising on trademarked terms (Mockuuups, Mockuups Studio, etc.)
• Create misleading content or false claims about our products
• Spam email lists or engage in unsolicited mass messaging
• Use our brand assets in ways that suggest official partnership beyond the affiliate relationship
• Bid on our trademark terms in Google Ads or similar platforms
• Create fake reviews or testimonials

4. Commission Structure

Qualifying purchases: All payments made within 60 days of clicking your referral link.
Non-qualifying: Your own purchases, refunded orders, fraudulent transactions, and purchases from existing customers (determined by email/payment method).
Commission calculation: Based on net revenue after taxes, refunds, and chargebacks.

5. Payment Terms

• Commissions are calculated monthly and paid within 30 days
• Minimum payout threshold: €100
• We reserve the right to hold payments for 60 days to account for potential refunds
• You're responsible for any applicable taxes on commission income
• Payments may be delayed or withheld for suspicious activity or terms violations

6. Prohibited Activities

Immediate termination will result from:

• Trademark infringement or brand misrepresentation
• Fraudulent activity or fake traffic generation
• Violation of any laws or regulations
• Creating negative publicity for Mockuuups
• Attempting to game the system or create artificial referrals

7. Intellectual Property

• All Mockuuups trademarks, logos, and content remain our property
• You cannot modify our brand assets without written permission
• Upon termination, you must remove all our brand assets from your content

8. Data and Privacy

• We track clicks, conversions, and commission data for program administration
• We may share relevant performance data with you through our affiliate dashboard
• We won't share your personal information with third parties except as required by law
• You must comply with applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) in your promotional activities

9. Termination

We may terminate your participation:

• At any time, with or without cause
• Immediately for terms violations
• With 30 days notice for any other reason

You may terminate:

• At any time by contacting affiliate@mockuuups.com
• Outstanding commissions will be paid according to normal schedule

10. Disclaimers

• Commission rates and terms may change with 30 days notice
• We're not responsible for technical issues affecting tracking or payments
• The affiliate program may be discontinued at any time
• We make no guarantees about earnings potential

11. Limitation of Liability

Mockuuups' liability is limited to unpaid commissions owed. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the affiliate program.

12. General Terms

Governing Law: These terms are governed by Czech Republic law.
Entire Agreement: These terms constitute the complete agreement between us regarding the affiliate program.

By participating in the Mockuuups affiliate program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
